View Log in Attempts on Patient Account 


This article explains to you how to View Log in Attempts on Patient Account 


To view lob in attempts your account, this is viewed in the patients account settings, accessed by clicking on the initial icon in the top right and then clicking Login Attempts. This allows you to  see recent login attempts for your account in the event of any concrens around account log in activity. 


The log in attempts screen shows:

  • IP Adddress 
  • Browser 
  • Time 


Shown by coloured status boxes:

Green - Succesful Log in 

Red- Unsuccesful Log in
