Changing a password for an account is easy. Simply login to your account, go to your “Profile” (top right corner of website), ‘Change Password’ option can be selected. This will take you to a page where you enter your current password, a new password and confirm new password, confirm the change by selecting the ‘Save’ button
The password must meet the requirements of at least one capital letter, a digit and a special character.
If the change of the password is successful you will see a green success message on the next page after the change.
Forgotten Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, don't worry! Simply go to your “Profile”and select ‘Forgot Your Password?’ This will take you to a page where you can enter your email address and a reset password email will be sent to you. Simply follow the link and instructions given to successfully reset your password.
